I will add that the "most" is about 96%, and usually takes place in the
home, or in overnight visits to a close relative. We don't hear about
most of this, because these things are dealt with mostly in secret, in
state children's services, and in family court, where things are kept
confidential. The professionals involved know this, because we work in
the system.
In this essay, molestation is defined as a child receiving physical and
emotional damage caused by forced sexual activities.
Here is another bit of information. Most child sexual abusers aren't
pedophiles, but sexually and socially frustrated men, who view children
as targets of opportunity, as they are least able to resist aggression,
and most of them who abuse boys, aren't gay.
Different kinds of human sexuality aren't nearly as clearly defined as
most people think they are. It can get very complicated, when we try to
categorize feelings.
The difference between a BL and a molester, can be summed up in one
word. Sociopathy. A TRUE BL cares about children too much to want to
hurt them. A sociopath, and there are some in every category of the
human population, including pedophiles, doesn't care who he hurts.
Literally. He is unable to understand love and caring, and is unable to
experience those feelings.
Of course, there are varying degrees of this condition.
