What each of us likes, is a matter of taste. To different people,
different things are tastier. :-)
Most people who post what you see here, also like and post other things
YOU might like. It seems like a good idea for there to be speciality
groups like this one, so people will know what to expect in them, to
help them to more easily choose what to download.
Some posters use different names to post different kinds of things in
different groups. A poster you might dislike, may be the same poster
you like somewhere else, but don't know they are the same person.
Usenet is crazy, right? :-)
Because of all this, doesn't it seem reasonable that we should
appreciate ALL posters for their posts? An annoyed poster might be just
the one who might have been planning to post what you would enjoy the
most, who may be moved to NOT post it. Who would want to cause that?
I discussed this Idea with Y Not, who suggested I post it.
