Hi Tommy,
I've seen this virus at work. It's nasty. Have you tried ComboFix? Boot up in safe mode, run ComboFix.exe (google combofix bleeping computer) and then follow with Malwarebytes. Together they do a good job of killing that virus. The version I've seen is called Win7 Antivirus. I swear by ComboFix.
