I have been making my own for some of the models I post. Believe it or not good ol' MS Paint is the best tool for making them. I didn't make these these were copied web page index's from sites and possibly the way back archives.
I have bad eyesite now so I make mine a little bigger, but if you make them too big they don't load very well.
