If you give them away for free on your site there can be no infrigement
of copyright not that dutch law would ever recognise such law.
Your post cost you your website and has brought your astraweb down
again for the 3rd time. Your getting new astraweb accounts does not
prove they aren't coming down...

user has been blocked again. Please let me know if he signs up."
We have asked again for them to review the abuse@astraweb.com address so
that it is no longer over quota.
