open a fucking dos box (or open that retarded advanced shell or whatever
the fuck its called, lamer alert all the same) and type:
copy /b f1.ext+f2.ext+ ... fn.ext output.ext
or put it all in a batch file, not sure that redmond crap understands
wildcards while copying in binary mode
on a real os, and not that redmond shit, you'd use:
cat *.ext > path/output.ext
