Pretty much so. After 'Brad the Prolific' (BR@D22222) left the group,
there hasn't been much action. No word as to why he left, but it's
been guessed the DMCA lawyers got on his behind because of the massive
amount of programming he was uploading (not unlike Rockhound in the
ab.e-book.technical group a couple of years ago). And that may be one
of the reasons why many of the video groups are on the decline these
days, with groups like TeeVee being all but decimated in the past year
or so.

Usenet as the primary venue for 'pirated' video content may well be on
the wane. But it was sure fun while it lasted.
