without a VPN safety net....you can get a nasty notice from your ISP
and if you only have 2 ISP in town then you are screwed if they cut
you off.
I possted a number of movies over about 5 months and got such a
notice. Put an end to my public service. That's life, I have cured
my evil ways and stopped uploading......
