Like yourself, I'm using NewsLeecher.
The easy way to do keep things somewhat organized for me with NL is
to right click selected files and > Leech(smart).
This way, the files will be automatically downloaded into a newly
created folder in the download directory named after the first file
in the queue, it makes it easier to group files together.
