holder of all my images, I am demanding that each and every one of the
images that have been copied and stolen from my site be removed from
Usenet. My images, mpegs, and videos are licensed to be posted on the
internet only by Southern-Charms.com. The unauthorized use of my
images on Usenet is subject to penalty according to federal copyright
law. Southern Charms' recent win in their lawsuit on behalf of the
copyright holders (the Charms) against Jonathan Sheline is a matter of
public record. SC's attorneys are ready and willing to pursue those
who infringe upon our copyrights. I have been collecting the
information on and reporting all images of me found on Usenet, and if
they are not all removed the information is ready for those lawyers to
handle. No matter how much you manipulate or "massage" my images, I
will always recognize them and I will not cease my efforts until every
one is removed from Usenet, even if that includes filing a lawsuit
against each individual poster. If you think this is an automated
message, let me assure you that it is not. I am a real person, and you
are stealing my personal property. Please use the link to my site at
the beginning of this notice and email me at the address listed on my
website if you would like me to personally confirm this statement. I
am very serious, as are all the other Charms you have robbed, as well
as the staff of Southern-Charms.com and SC's attorneys. We are all
prepared to end the theft of our intellectual property.
