I, Champagne, have not in the past, and will not in the future, give
you or anyone affiliated with your service authorization to steal my
photos and/or videos for your posting pleasure.
I am the owner of any and all of my photos and/or videos, and
authorize only Southern Charms exclusive right to use those images and
is the only firm which has in its possession my personally signed
Model Releases and required 2257 documents. Usenet, in point of legal
fact, does not have in its possession any of my personally signed
releases to use or display any or all of my photos and/or videos.
I demand you immediately remove any and all of my copyrighted
material, including, but not limited to, images and/or videos from
your site. I have, and will continue on a daily basis, to search for
my stolen photos and videos.
Southern Charms won a multi-million dollar lawsuit against a group
violating charms copyrights and I, Champagne, as product producer and
copyright holder, will gladly protect my intellectual property by
filing an individual lawsuit or lawsuit in conjunction with Southern
Charms if necessary.
I also intend to work with Southern Charms DMCA team in whatever
capacity is necessary to remove all illegally posted content of myself
and all other Southern Charms and Gents.
