The whole thing has been pure, unadulterated bullshit
from start to finish. Even Hugh Elmwood claiming to have
been whacked was bullshit. SC tightened security at their
logins and Hugh couldn't hack in any more. Nobody would
have purchased scores of memberships and Elmwood didn't
want to admit that he couldn't get the pics, so he
concocted the DMCA excuse. The troll Fed Up, who has been
trying for years to get hold of a newsgroup saw his
chance and posted a bunch of pathetic "warnings" ostensibly
from SC and its girls. Not even a chimpanzee would have been
fooled - they were so amateurish, all posted at the same
time from the same server, same computer with TRIAL
posting software. Can you imagine anything less convincing?
He was banking on the fact that there are some people
(thankfully a minority) who will believe anything they
see in text. Yes, such creatures STILL exist!!
But the most hilarious part was that Fed Up did not
put a reasonable time lag between his Supernews server
picture post and his Supernews server fake "warning".
Mind you, there must be ONE person out there somewhere
who would believe that a webmaster of multiple sites
requiring a whole bunch of very sophisticated software
would post a warning with a TRIAL version of Forte Agent.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha !!
Southern-Charms make their money no matter what. Their
girls pay them. They have no axe whatsoever to grind.
The girls hold the copyrights but how are they going to
enforce them while they are scratching together a few
cents on a much less than top-notch website!! Have a
look back at SC's defunct models, see how many have moved
on, unable to make a living there even without pics
posted here. Then ask yourself whether such girls
have the resources to mount DMCA litigation. Of course
they don't.
What we say, guys, is use your own common sense about
what has been happening. Are you fooled???
