What will have happened is that one of the SC
girls contacted your news server and said "Hey,
these are my copyrighted pics". Your news server
is duty bound to act on complaints which means
they send you a letter and that's it. They will
pull your access ONLY if the SC girl threatens the
server via a lawyer. But, be realistic Frank,
these girls don't have two cents to rub together.
Why else would they be parading their bodies for
peanuts? Best thing to do is calmly tell your news
server how many MILLIONS of DMCA pics are posted
every day, many from their own server and ask for
the reasons why you are being victimized and give
promises to go to the press. That usually works.
Besides, news servers are a dime a dozen. You should
ditch any who try to get snotty. I notice you are
with Giganews. You are therefore paying through the
nose basically for long retention, in other words
for "old news" which nobody wants.
