As a model on Southern Charms I own my photos and have licensed
Southern Charms to post them on their site. I have never given any of
you permission to post any of my photos or for any subscriber to take
those photos from Usenet or my site to be submitted to any other adult
site. I have worked for six years now to have my photos removed from
any site other than Southern Charms and I am currently looking for my
photos on Usenet to get them removed from here as well.
and report to them that their photos are also being stolen by you? Why
would you think that any Charm would consider these posts as
advertisement when entire sites are being posted on Usenet? Why would
I want my livelihood jeopardized by allowing this to continue? Why
would I continue to just ignore that a large portion of my paycheck
has disappeared, because of illegal postings? I am not stupid just
because I have an adult site on the internet. I work hard to give my
MEMBERS my best and you have no right to steal my hard work .
Those who post my pictures and those of the other Charms and Gents are
nothing less than criminals and there are very good laws in most
countries that enable us or Southern Charms on our behalf to seek
damages and quite substantial ones at that. Just look at the 7+
million dollars that Southern Charms has already been awarded for
copyright infringement.
We are watching and we will continue to watch and anyone who is
stupid enough to come on this forum and state we Charms or Southern
Charms itself are not doing this will find out the truth the hard way.
You can be found and the law is on our side no matter how hard you try
and disguise your unlawful postings.
One last thing in response to a previous post, Charms are leaving not
, because they are unhappy with the law suit or the work that Southern
Charms DMCA team is doing. They are leaving because they are no
longer able to bring in enough money to continue their sites because
of your piracy or because they are tired of having their work pirated.
Also having our photos removed from Usenet or anywhere else has no
bearing on our Yahoo Groups.
