Ok, so my external hard drive took a crap last night and just makes a
clicking noise now,
On this disk were 250 Gigs of Southern Charms women, some from years
ago who have long since retired.
I looked at some "data recovery" sites on the web that you send the
disk to and they I guess rebuild it if the disk isnt damaged which I
dont think it is, I really think its an electronic failure. and yes, I
did try a different cable, even hard wired it to my sata drive
computer. still just clicks away and wont boot
Anyone know if these sites are reputable, or does someone know how to
rebuild a disk?
