Use 7-zip instead of winrar to extract.  It may look like it stopped short
of fully extracting, and you may see a message that there was extra content
in the package or something like that.  Ignore that (though I hope it is not
a virus thing!) and everything should extract fine.  It seems that a lot of
non R2R packages have this issue but never happens with R2R releases.  LONG
LIVE THE CAPTAIN!!!
