The first three episodes are generally classed as a pilot or preliminary
series and collectors have used the posted numbering scheme for decades.
According to the GBCC web site ...
"Series numbering follows Tatchell's Guide and differs from the numbering
of the original GBCC webpage."
Much as I respect Tatchell I'm sticking with series 0 for the pilots
because they aren't a series like the other 8.
