Norman, either I did or I found someone elses! For what it's worth I've
just uploaded it. Note that from 2014 onwards the episode numbers are one
greater than Joetheragman's spreadsheet because my list allocates a number
(#107) to the 2014.04.27 s20e04 repeat of 2006.04.23 s04e04 #027.
