Shaving 5 minutes off a 2-hour file requires a 4% increase.
That seems a bit extreme to me since the original doesn't sound too bad.
Here's a sample with Gielgud and Hordern. It's not awful but they sound years younger.
Let me know if you want to hear a different %. It's easily done.
