I doln't know that one, although it sounds familiar. I like 7-Zip.

https://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-file-archiver-zip-utility.htm
I have mine set so that the right click menu gives various options for
how to handle the files. If I double click on a RAR file it will open
a menu to decompress it (like "extract heere" on the right click
menu). I have not taken the time to figure out, if it is possible, to
allow choices of how to handle the file after I double click on it
other than dearchive a file, i.e. how to "extract files" rather than
just "extract here". In other words the right click menu choices
extract files will put the files in an appropriate folder, whereas
extract here will just extract the files to the folder you are in at
the time, or if there is a nested folder in the archive that folder
will be extracted with its files inside.

Sorry, I see this message did not post as I had to enable that in the
Newshosting control panel. If you see it now it worked. ;-)
