Despite the very large size of the RAR elements, the *Flight
of the Navigator* soundtrack came through and could be
 extracted without difficulty.  Thank you.

The larger these digital archive elements are, the greater
the chance that portions thereof will not be accessible
on the Usenet server as PAR-repairable items.  It may
be that an increased number of smaller elements would
improve the ability of QuickPar and similar programs
to "bridge" the few corrupted segments.  As it seems
at present, a fairly trifling error at the server in one
of these very, very large digital archive sections
effectively destroys the recipient's ability to extract
 the archive as a whole.
