We are pleased to announce the upcoming release of the sixth album SILVER entitled "idolized" on 10.24.2014! The history of SILVER began in 2001 when Gary Barden (MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP, PRAYING MANTIS, STATETROOPER) and Michael Voss (CASANOVA, BONFIRE, MAD MAX, DEMON DRIVE) met for the first time and began to join forces with Andreas Broon (SISTERS OF MERCY / DORO) to write the songs for the legendary first album SILVER. Don Airey on keyboards (DEEP PURPLE, OZZY OSBOURNE, RAINBOW, MSG, GARY MOORE), Bernie Torme on guitar (GILLAN, OZZY OSBOURNE) and Marco Minnemann on drums (H-Blockx) completed this first line.
Now, after five albums success and a short break of almost ten years it's time for a new album! Again producer Michael Voss team up with the genius composer Andreas Broon and these musicians are really heading for the gold! The rock style of Billy Idol "Hope" is the perfect trip to the glorious 80s.
With the empathic opening "Sarah" or the duet with the German musical star Michaela Schober in "Drag us down" the SILVER added a new dimension to your sound, very British, very good, something unexpected, SILVER also comes with a song that is a classic radio hit, a song that definitely needs to be released as a single "Counting".
After 5 albums with Gary Barden on vocals, the new album "idolized" offers a change in Michael Voss takes all the vocals for the first time. Voss also performs all instrumental in "idolized" As special guests are Lisa Middelhauve (Ex - Xandria) and Michaela Schober.
