The New Dirty, a three piece American Stoner Blues Rock and Roll band from Branford, CT, USA, born out of necessity trying to scratch an existential itch; an attempt to transcribe the distant warblings of the energy that is at our very core.
Raw, energetic, uncompromising, and honest. A mixture of the overwhelming scope of human emotion funneled into a bewildering vortex of anger, addiction, enlightenment, sexuality, and self discovery.
This band is merely a device, a transistor radio focused at the ether, picking up signals from the magnetosphere that envelopes the earth. We are amplifiers, human antennae. We are a valve in which said signals flow. Our music be the pure spiritual creative filtered through our humanly bodies and churned out through our inescapable flaws, producing a dirty carbon copy of the superposition that is all three of our inner voices- our collective souls- the truth as we know it, if it be truth at all.
?At the end of the day we don't know what it all fucking means, but we fucking exist, thats for fucking certain, and we're gonna play fucking loud and we're gonna play fucking hard as if we're attempting to put a dent in fucking spacetime itself, etching 'we were here' before we burn out like the thousands upon thousands before us.
Hey, it ain't no pyramid, but at least it's something, right?
