DESCRIPTION
==================
I'll admit it, I just bought this Limited White Edition because of the four new tracks in addition to the other Opus album variations. (Here I have the deluxe edition with 2 CDs already rated on Amazon) Also, I find the price policy of the various editions of Opus already much discussed here money making, but no one is so forced to gain the different versions. Since I already count myself among the collectors of Schiller CDs and DVDs, the "Limited White Edition" was a must for me as well.
Alone the two new tracks: "Apollo Peak" and "Le Mirage" are true milestones of Christopher von Deylen, who immediately go in the ear and get carried away. As here "Richard Hasiba" aka "Stan Dart" (also producing music in the style of Schiller, Jarre, Vangelis) has already written in his review, combine electronic synthesizer sounds with dreamy spacey layers to unique sound beads. The result is a mixture of typical Schiller music with strong "Frank Duval" influences and a hint of "Vangelis". Saustark !!! You can not describe that, you have to listen to yourself.
I'm taking off a star, as some very good pieces of the regular Opus Deluxe version have been left out here. These include, for example, great tracks like: "Bermuda Dunes", "Indian Cayons" or "Desert Horizon". Say, a novice does not get all the good tracks of Opus with the Limited White Edition. Anyone who adds the "Deluxe Edition" or the "Media Markt Edition" is quite well served here, because these then altogether 3 CDs offer a brilliant variety of sounds in the 4 walls or in the car. "Opus", is ideal after a stressful working day. I even go so far that this music is so good that you can heal injured souls. For me, Schiller's music is like balm for the soul. Anyone who likes electronic soundscapes with slight classical influences can not ignore "Opus". - M. Baatz
