An illegal act is an illegal act. You can still be prosecuted. So
don't try to be fucking coy about it.
If you're gonna share, share. It doesn't matter if it's one
person or 300 billion, you still put it out there. And don't pretend
it can't be cracked. What do you think the government is doing with
super-computers? "They" know everything we do. You give them the
most of it and they take the rest.
"The government doesn't give a shit about me and my measly
music files." The "industry" has real computing power too. Slueths
are always looking for backdoors and maybe one passes yours off to an
interested party. It's what they're paid to do and they're good at
it.
My point more succinctly: you're putting it out there. It
stays there. It might take me weeks to crack it, but others seconds.
So if you're so afraid to share then just don't 'cause you're not safe
by any means.
