Hi. Looking for a discography of 'Talking Heads', a group anchored in the
1980s Techno/New-Wave scene that apparently went semi-mainstream for a while
then fell off the map. Since this an mp3 group, we are requesting mp3s as
opposed to flac or ogg or that other stuff that's going around.
Searches of old posts reveal no studio albums or straight up discographies or
"Best of" compilations in a simple high-quality mp3 format. There's a lot of
older-ish boot-leg, alternative mixes, and bric-a-brac in various formats...
Not what we were hoping for.
IRC has some DVDs of live concerts... Probably really nice, but again, not
what we were hoping for.
If there are some nice posters who have access to a nice mp3 selection or
discography or some "Best of" compilations of 'Talking Heads' and might find
the time to upload them, or queue them for upload, it would be very much
appreciated by some us folks who were born too late to acquire them when they
were current.
