Has it occurred to you that the reason I said that is to spur them to
learn how to search? I had to learn too, you know. I wasn't born with
that knowledge embedded in my large, bulbous head.
There used to be a popular acronym for this very thing: RTFM!. That
means Read The Fucking Manual!
So many people here pay a premium for long retention (5+ years) but are
too fucking lazy to search for something before requesting. There's a
world of music literally at their fingertips but they either don't know
how to search or that they can search in the first place. Sometimes a
little tap leads them in the right direction.
