I have this set, and I'm sure I posted it here when it first came out,
but that would have been a long time ago now. I've always done my best
to provide complete, quality scans, but this booklet contains over 200
pages, and it has a tightly-glued binding that doesn't facilitate
scanning of individual pages, so I'm also sure it wasn't included in
that original post.
I Googled around and found several places that do have some pictures
of the booklet pages, but they are all photos or pretty poor scans,
and because of the small fonts utilized, the informational content is
completely lost.
I'm willing to re-rip/re-scan/re-post this collection, but working
that much effort in between all my other projects means that it's
going to wind up taking a pretty long time.
So, if someone else already has this and is willing to post it, please
do. Otherwise, watch this space and I'll get it done (eventually).
