I'm getting the same problem. The headers for the par files are on Giganews, but NewsBin Pro returns a "Failed: 430 no such article" for the pars of every volume from 118 to 137.
I ran all the files through MP3val-frontend 0.1.1 & it found no problems with any of the files from those volumes.
Oddly it found problems with a lot of the earlier volumes which had pssed their parity check.. For example..

I'm not going to worry about that, as long as they play OK. I suspect it means something has been changed since they were created, but nothing that should affect play.
