Yeah.. that Record Date album just struck me (hell, I could be way wrong) as one
of the "cleanest" recordings I've heard.
There is (of course) the temptation to just do some humongous flood but this
"scatter shot" approach that I'm using is (at least to me) kinda fun... once day
Gene Vincent... the next day Julie London, or Benny Goodman, etc, etc and on and
on. It's more work but it keeps this old man from getting bored <grin>
