Il Tempo Magico Saturnia Pavonia features the classic Alio Die (Stefano Musso) sound. He surrounds a deep drone with found sounds, samples, field recordings, and deep synthesizer hooks. He enhances the drone with harmonic tubes. The samples and field recordings bring out the dark timbres and organic textures of Musso's processed sounds, and there are deep atmospheres that stretch across the entire soundscape. Within those vast expanses, Musso has implemented some lesser atmospheres. It is a very unique sound, and he is among the elite in this style.
