OK: the ISP is being as unhelpful as possible. It simply will not
maintain any kind of consistent kb/s rate. The last 2MB of any load
seems to go walkabout. By timing it, I may have got all three missing
tracks to upload. My apologies — but the remedy is out of my hands.
