Source: Volume 1 and 2 are lossless streaming rips (from Tidal); Volume 3 was the only one I could find as a CD rip (from Rutracker)

Processing: Metadata tweaks & additions. Volume 3 Cue split using Foobar. I stuck Vol 3 in an archive because there were a lot of additional files.
