Superb audience recording!
Gas Monkey Live has an excellent sound system.
Unfortunately, there were many screamers and talkers around me.
Luckily, the sheer volume of Y&T did a good job of drowning out most of my NOISY neighbors.
This was my second Y&T show...
The first, being the April 12, 2017 Dallas, TX gig, at the Gas Monkey Bar and Grill.
The 2018 show was moved to the larger, indoor, Gas Monkey Live!
My recording of the 2017 Dallas Y&T gig is floating around.
I attended this gig with a fellow taper, who had never seen Y&T live.
We met two local tapers during the intermission between bands.
In total, five Dallas based tapers were at this show, and at least 3 sources of the Gas Monkey Live Y&T performance are in existence.
Two of the five tapers were taking the night off.
I thought Y&T were firing on all cylinders, which is impressive considering it was their third show in a row.
The 2018 show was about 30 minutes shorter than the 2017 gig.
Perhaps, the extended sets were taking their toll on the members of Y&T over sixty?
Dallas did get Lipstick and Leather as a fan request, which was nice.
I plan to catch Y&T every time they are near me!
Technical notes about this recording:
I was standing in line with the right hanging speaker stack.
The CA-11 mics mounted on my hat were positioned to soak up the speaker stack's output.
The first two tunes were much louder than the rest of the concert.
I dropped the REC level from 6.0 to 5.5 during the first minute of Black Tiger, once my recorder started indicating that it was overloaded.
I dropped the level from 5.5 to 5.0 in the middle of Dirty Girl for the same reason.
Drummer Mike Vanderhule's powerful tom fills caused my M10 to overload consistently.
Thankfully, the level drops and brief overloads were masked well by Izotope RX4.
I could not detect any distortion.
The sound man was all over the place level-wise.
I decided not to manually normalize the volume, to retain the feel of the live environment.
I don't believe this detracts from the listening experience.

I dedicate this recording to my departed friend Keith West.
Keith was a DJ at the rock station, Q 94.5 in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas.
He was also a HUGE Y&T fan.
Keith turned me onto the band in the 1990's.

HELP: Does anyone else out there own the TP Link Archer C5400 Tri-Band MU-MIMO Wireless AC5400 Gigabit Router?
I am using it with a Windows 10 machine and am unable to properly open ports for torrenting. I use qBitorrent 4.0.3 as my client.
I have plenty of experience properly opening ports on routers in the past. However, I can't figure out how to properly open ports on the Archer C5400 Tri-Band MU-MIMO Wireless AC5400 Gigabit Router.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!
