The name of this group is exactly what it should be, for it is meant for
hi-rez audio, 24-bit and sample rates ranging from 44.1 up to 384 kHz. It
appears to me that you have no knowledge regarding digital audio. Redbook
is the standard for old-fashioned cd-audio, 16-bit @ 44.1kHz.
