Sidenote: I have found a nice tool called PDF Restrictions Remover that I will use on PDF documents from now on. The main advatage is that PDFs load almosts instantly, but you can edit them as well if needed.
I will try putting all te relevant data in as concise a form as possible in the post name (eg release year in 2 digits, conductor/group/label). Just enough that you know what it is from reading the header titles alone.
