Hey Crapper,
I'm the head of the Returns & Exchanges Dept. and I'd be happy to
issue a refund to you and anyone else who is dissatisfied with the
quality of a download. All that's necessary is you return the download
along with your receipt showing the download you purchased and the
price paid for said download. Fair enough?
