Doesn't Giganews have a search engine on their site? I haven't been
with them in quite some time so I can't access the site to see. Surely
they do though... highly unusual for a provider not to offer search a
function.
Have you tried using Giganews' "Mimo" that is provided with your
subscription or is it not available for your OS?
If you can't, I'd find something more current that offers a search
feature.
I'd also like to direct you to UseNetServer for $10 a month unlimited
downloading and 2800 days retention. I dumped Giganews years ago and
I've never even once missed them or their overpriced service:

They have a search engine that searches their entire retention rate and
will let you generate NZB's from the results.
Anyway, not trying to be bossy or anything, it's just that I hate to
see someone pay so much for a service they don't really need and on top
of that, not utilizing the resources they have at their fingertips.
You're really missing out on a lot by not being able to search what is
provided to you at such a high cost.
