Alas, practically no scans found for this one except for cover & tray, so I created 6, 7 & 8 (although for 8 I found the photo that matches the cover inset).
If you have more complete scans, please post them. --DB
(Egotistical postscript: I'm exceedingly proud of the tray I created for this one. All I had to work with was a very flawed scan I found online ("allmusic source for tray.jpg"). With PhotoShop and two hours of hard labor, I turned it into the "tray.jpg" you'll find here.)
