 Usually you only find these offers when you use one of the many links
 on "usenet comparison sites". I think they receive a small commission
 for 'luring' the customer to the provider but in that case it's a win-win.

 Another option would be using "Newshosting": They offer an unlimited
 flat-rate for 99.99 USD/yr with an own usenet browser (Win, OSX, Linux)
 for optional use, over 2000 days of retention and just recently they added
