Right now, 1fichier has one year of premium Access for only 10 euros ($11).
Visa, Mastercard and paypal have black listed 1fichier because they are a
hosting service. So finding a way to pay them is a bitch.
1fichier data is hosted in Netherlands.
They also have a point of presence in France.
