Freenet starts every time you start your computer with or without
chrome running. You need to open chrome's main page at the bottom of
that page is a stop running icon. I removed freenet it seem's a little
unsafe to me at this time... Maybe because of a lack of understanding
on my part, I need to do more research myself.
