Ranchi is a BBS-type-forum, highly customized website. The admin are very
active and responsive to 'unsafe' behavior. Here is the blurb describing
Ranchi from the Hidden Wiki:

I recommend using TOR from a busy cybercafe. Ranchi displays no images,
it just appears as colorful text BBS. Somewhat safe from shoulder
surfers...?
The links to on-topic material on Ranchi are generally URLs to
'safe' (i.e., no flash, javascript, etc.) filehosts. But keep in mind, as
always, LEA can go anywhere we can go. They can potentially see 'who' d/
ls which files, which IPs request the files. That's why you should NEVER
download on-topic from ANY host ('safe' or not) while using YOUR OWN IP
address!
Some posters on Ranchi also post on Dreamboard, but I find the material
on Ranchi slightly better than Dreamboards content though much of it is
the same, reposts etc.
