Glad you posted your playing a GIF. I sometimes wonder if most of
our "viewers" are perplexed in terms of playing my GIFS?
Yes, Internet Exploder will work.
So will Firefox.
So will most of the Media Players. They're set p to play back almost
anything.
Finally I can recommend a little piece I use 100% of the time for
playing back and/or just viewing. It's called XNview. It's a free
piece of software designed to do all sorts of things including editing
of a .jpeg or a .gif or most anything.
