Like you, I don't care how tall or short they are. But I always find
it fascinating how "really" short some of these babes from over the
decades are. Going back to the early days of the so-called Modern Era
in pinups/modeling, say back to Virginia Bell (who was a real shortie
too) I'm amazed at how many of our favorite girls were really really
really short, Joyce Gibson to name one. She's practically a midget,
but through placement and other camera tricks, we magazine readers
were fooled regarding the real height of many of the girls.
A couple more who were barely 5 ft. or less...............Joan
Brinkman, Karla Korine, Darlene Grey, Pamela Ann Gordon, Sue Williams,
Peggy Rojack, Lisa Matthews, Lane Weldon, Fran Gerard, Debbie Jordan,
Ann Day, Corky Dunbar, and Suzanne Pritchard.
A movie star could never get away with a serious height disadvantage.
But our girls from the world of modeling could.
