On the White arch set, those last 2 pics you posted aren't in the index
on the site. They also don't show up if you enter them manually. At
least, they're not there now so I don't know what's up with those.
The missing 93's are due to mislabeled index's on the site. Both of
them were labeled as 094. Problem now solved.
