There's a bunch of them. Probably one of the best deals at the moment  
is at astraweb.com. You can download 180GB for $25. They have SSL  
encryption included. No time limit on that download either. They have  
long retention also.  
  
Another popular one is Giganews.com.  
  
A real cheap one is Altopia.com. I use Altopia but their rentention is  
extremely short.  
  
I think I would start with Astraweb first if I were you.
