If binsearch can track the messages & create an nzb file after I post
them, then it must be a lot easier to create the nzb file before I
post them, when they are all in 1 folder with nothing else, no? :-)
I took the ISO file & split it with quickpar. Then I put all the parts
& all the par files into an upload folder by themselves without the
original ISO file.
So in that upload folder I have maybe 129 parts plus all the .par
files. I start Power Post & tell it to get all the files in that
upload folder. Then I tell it which news group to post them to.
Finally, I click on the "Checksum" box in Power Post & tell it to
create the nzb file for whatever is in the upload folder.
Power Post creates the nzb file & posts it along with all the other
parts & nobody needs to go to binsearch now. Of course you do need a
newsreader that can handle nzb files for them to work & not all news
readers know what nzb files are. Come to think of it, not too many
people know what nzb files are either. LOL
I would have told you this even without a surprise. :-)
