This newsgroup is semi-moderated with human moderators. The purpose of
moderation is to ensure that the newsgroup is free of spam, trolls
off-topic pictures, as well as Child Pornography.

Moderators will ensure that:

1) All articles (except messages) contain pictures or videos
2) All pictures posted contain a picture of one or more young female/s
3) Encoding of pictures is done in a generally recognized format. As
the internet technology matures, more formats will appear, but presently
only JPG, PNG, MPG, MP4, M4V formats will be accepted. Only MIME, yEnc, and
uuencode encoding is acceptable at present, however the particulars may
change with the evolution of the Internet.
4) No crossposting is allowed.
5) The newsgroup is usable for its target audience.
6) Large files will be split into smaller files using HJSplitter (Win), the
split command (Linux and Unix) and Split&Concat or command line split in
Terminal (OS X)
7) Directories will be zipped without compression with 7z format then split,
WinZip (Win), Keka (OS X) Your favourite utility in Nixs.
8) Passworded files are acceptable but must be identified as such.

Moderators will also make some attempt to maintain a certain level
of civility in the newsgroup, such as by trolling and spamming.

Duke is the head moderator for this newsgroup, and will appoint
or remove moderators.

RedDawg is a moderator for this group and will act as head moderator in Dukes
absence.
