one thing you can try is alter your subjectline format
ive never used easypost so im not sure how you set up the subjectline
but the [##/##] is what is doing the problem
it might be as simple as using (##/##) instead
i do ##of## to avoid all confusion
as for the best program, the best ive found is powerpost
